Our first soccer season came to an end on November 13. We had a wonderful time playing soccer. Clint and I were very proud of the boys and how well they did for their first year. Kade's team missed going to the winner's tournament by one goal!
I was on a shopping trip, so I missed the games, but they sounded good. Clint didn't get any pictures (b/c I had the camera), but a friend took some of Layton. Here he is with his trophy--which he proudly displays all over the house!

Happy 100th Birthday!
We had the joy of attending Clint's great-grandmother's 100th birthday party in early November. Elsie Lasley, Nanny, turned 100 years old on November 4, 2010. She is a very special lady and has touched many lives, as you can see from the large family picture. It was fun seeing everyone!
Nanny's favorite color is pink, so we all wore pink.
Here are some pics of Nanny from past years.
At our wedding. She has on pink!

Trick or Treat 2010
We had a wonderful Halloween weekend! Kade dressed as Harry Potter and Layton went as Batman. Our town trick-or-treated on Saturday, October 30.
Layton is giving a Batman look (looks like a rabbit with those teeth) and Kade is casting a spell.
Skye and Tyler were waiting on the boys at this decorated house. Skye is the "ghoul" in red. You can see Tyler lying down along the picket fence on the left.
The boys figured Skye out really fast, but they never saw Tyler. He jumped up and grabbed them. You can see Kade in the background--he headed out!

Looking at all their candy!
On Halloween day a family friend had the boys and Babers over to decorate cookies. They had a great time and can't wait to decorate Christmas cookies. Here is Babers and Layton.

Layton was serious about decorating his cookies!
