Kade attended his first middle school dance on Friday, November 15th. I was lucky enough to be asked to chaperone, too! Kade and I both had a lot of fun. He danced every single dance (3 hours worth) except for one...he had to use the restroom. He is already looking forward to the spring dance!

Young County Goat Jackpot
Kade had his second goat jackpot of the show season on October 26th. He did a great job, receiving a 1st place and a 2nd place.
Layton decided he wanted to show in the pee-wee showmanship. I thought maybe all his hours of playing in the barn the past few years just might have paid off. I was wrong....he didn't have a clue. Wouldn't even look at the judge, because he said that was creepy!

Layton's First Tooth Loss
Layton lost his first tooth on October 13th. It had been loose for several weeks, but didn't come out til' the boys were rolling around wrestling and Kade knocked it out. Layton was so excited he forgot to be mad at Kade. He was happy to get some cash from the Tooth Fairy, too!
Living in His Light
The boys' Sunday school classes learned a beautiful song and performed it in front of the church congregation. Kade was even asked to sing a solo! The song is lengthy, so the video is just the first part with Kade's solo included.
The boys are on your far right side in red shirts. Layton is by the vase of flowers on the bottom and Kade is beside the podium at the top.
