Kade is playing machine pitch baseball this year. He has played coach pitch the last two years, so this is a big change for ALL of us. He has had five games and seems to really like it. Clint is helping coach--he is doing a wonderful job!
Kade is playing with other first graders, second graders and third graders. He plays out in right field, so doesn't see much action. When he does, though, he stops the ball good and gets it to the right man pretty quickly. He is doing very well on batting, too. He gets a hit almost every time he steps up to the plate. Tonight he actually got to score a run, too, which was exciting.
We had snowcones afterwards!
